Join the Digital Excellence Centre team at Deloitte India as a Senior Executive, specializing in Full Stack Development. This role is integral to building innovative products and platforms designed to deliver exceptional customer experiences through design thinking and cutting-edge technology.

You will collaborate within a dynamic group of experts, including technology specialists, quality engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and product managers, all focused on pushing the boundaries of digital solutions.

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, leveraging modern technologies. You'll lead and mentor a development team, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.

Key duties include applying strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, developing both frontend and backend components using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL, and managing applications with RDBMS and NoSQL databases. You will also implement responsive user interfaces with React.js and backend services with Node.js and FastAPI, alongside deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Writing unit and integration tests and actively participating in Agile ceremonies are also core functions.

We are seeking a Senior Executive with 2-5 years of relevant software development experience, particularly in building web applications and leading development teams. A solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is required. Candidates should demonstrate technical expertise in RDBMS/NoSQL databases, experience with ES6/TypeScript, and a track record of writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. Familiarity with low-latency, high-availability systems, security best practices, React.js, Node.js, FastAPI, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is also crucial. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and PyTest, along with comfort in Agile environments, is expected.
