We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a strong professional acumen, a team-oriented approach, and robust technical project delivery skills. This role demands leadership capabilities, a collaborative spirit, and a comprehensive understanding of managing complex technology initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and adhering to budget constraints. Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect. Manage project lifecycles from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, utilizing methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.

Translate business needs into clear technical tasks, collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and product development. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges. Uphold high standards of quality and technical excellence throughout the project.

Communicate project progress, risks, and key milestones effectively to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for project updates and issue resolution. Drive ongoing enhancements in project processes, tools, and team efficiency. Ensure meticulous management of project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects within a professional setting is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a proven history of successful project delivery and effective team leadership.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with experience in client interactions, are paramount. Strong abilities in analysis, problem-solving, and organization are also critical. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Asana is expected.
