This role involves working collaboratively within a team, providing crucial guidance to junior members, and communicating project status and updates effectively to onsite teams, leads, and the project manager.

You will be expected to offer technical support and guidance, ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently, while also delivering high-quality product-based customizations.

A minimum of 10 years of experience with Duck Creek's toolset, including Express, Page Builder, Server, Author, Transact, Rating, Forms, User Admin, XSLT Transformation, XML, and SQL, is essential.

Deep expertise in Duck Creek Manuscript Configuration, adhering to best practices, and proficiency with tools like MS COP and Duck Creek Server Object APIs are required. Experience with custom requests, XSL Transformation, and database knowledge for policy processing is also crucial.

Demonstrated experience in handling batch scripts, production policy fixes, OOTB bugs, and deployment issues is necessary. Preferred experience includes Insights, CBOs, third-party integration data, and Design Studio. Familiarity with Duck Creek v7.x and above, as well as experience in Producer, is expected. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and technology skills are paramount for success in this role.
