Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and design effective solutions. You will lead the development of custom applications using Copilot Studio and other Power Platform components, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet business objectives. Opportunities to integrate AI components into low-code solutions will be explored.

Further duties involve designing and defining Dataverse data models for data integrity and security. You will be responsible for debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing applications. Active research into Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot updates is expected. Additionally, this role involves organizing training sessions for junior staff and end-users, alongside timely reporting of project and team status to leadership.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in developing applications with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) is required. Proficiency in using Copilot Studio for agent creation and AI integration is essential. Strong experience with Dataverse, including data modelling and Power BI, is crucial. Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, is also necessary.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent proactive communication and collaboration abilities are vital. The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team is expected. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Power Platform certifications, familiarity with SharePoint, M365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
