As a Program/Project Manager within Digital Products and Services (DPS), you will be instrumental in delivering EY’s internal automation and Generative AI solutions. Drive projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure, including defining scope, budget, and objectives.

Key responsibilities involve tracking and reporting project progress, financial performance, and managing risks, issues, and variances. Leading project teams, stakeholders, and resources effectively is crucial. You will also apply robust governance, Agile project management principles, and quality assurance processes.

This includes supporting business cases, transition plans, and readiness activities. Essential duties also involve assessing and managing risks, budgets, and lifecycle issues, while overseeing complex technology projects and ensuring compliance with configuration standards.

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience and 8 years in relevant project delivery. A strong foundation in technical project management processes, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, is essential.

Proficiency in stakeholder relationship management is vital for leading project teams and stakeholders. You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.

Experience in strategy, business, or Corporate IT environments, including 5+ years in software application development, is highly valued. A comprehensive understanding of customer strategy, business processes, and the systems development lifecycle is also required. A graduate degree is a prerequisite for this role.
