Join our team as a Dotnet Architect and spearhead modernization initiatives. This role involves identifying opportunities for API-fication and digital transformation, preparing compelling business cases, and designing robust architectures. You will drive innovation through Proofs of Concept (POCs) and contribute to developing cutting-edge features.

We seek an architect who can provide accurate effort estimates, identify necessary skills, and effectively manage resources, including leveraging Birlasoft's flex team when required. The position also entails tracking modernization progress and delivering regular reports, alongside implementing DevSecOps pipelines and observability frameworks.

Identify and champion API-fication and modernization opportunities.

Develop comprehensive business cases for stakeholder approval.

Design and architect solutions, securing endorsement from enterprise architects.

Conduct POCs to validate new ideas and demonstrate outcomes.

Contribute to the development of new modern features based on approved designs.

Prepare effort estimates and identify required skill sets.

Optimize core team capacity for modernization delivery.

Recommend the engagement of Birlasoft's flex team for specialized skills and capacity.

Track modernization initiatives and provide quarterly progress reports.

Design and implement DevSecOps pipelines and instrument observability frameworks.

Proven experience in application assessment and reverse engineering.

Strong expertise in architecture and design, encompassing performance, security, scalability, and availability.

Proficiency in .NET, Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.

Familiarity with MS SQL, Azure, and Azure DevOps.

Experience with Github Copilot, Docker, and Microservice architecture.

Skilled in Unit Test automation.

Ability to prepare business cases and gain stakeholder approvals.

Experience in tracking project initiatives and generating reports.
