Join NTT DATA as a Domain Solution Architect, spearheading the evolution of Business Process Services (BPS) into AI-native, agentic, and outcome-driven ecosystems. This role is central to our transformational growth, focusing on architecting next-generation BPaaS (Business-Process-as-a-Service) deals. You will integrate intelligent automation, composable services, and scalable digital platforms to deliver tangible business value, shaping our global BPS growth strategy and governance at the intersection of technology, process, and business strategy.

Lead the global BPS architecture strategy, aligning it with our AI-driven vision. Mentor senior architects in creating modular, composable BPS components. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing solution strategy and investment. Architect end-to-end BPaaS solutions incorporating AI, analytics, and automation, designing microservices-based, API-first architectures. Partner with sales and delivery teams to craft winning solutions for complex deals, presenting architectural vision to CxO-level stakeholders.

Ensure architecture integrity during delivery transitions and conduct regular reviews for continuous improvement. Build reusable assets and accelerators to speed up time-to-market. Collaborate with R&D to industrialize IP and represent NTT DATA's BPS practice in industry forums.

A minimum of 15 years in Business Process Services, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Architecture is essential, with at least 5 years leading solution or architecture teams. Proven success in designing large, multi-domain BPS or BPaaS solutions across industries like insurance, healthcare, or financial services is required.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of process transformation frameworks, outcome-based models, and value realization strategies. Possess strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation, AI/ML integration, data orchestration, and workflow optimization. Excellent executive presence, with superior storytelling and influencing skills across both technical and business audiences, is critical for success.
