As a key member of our Transaction Services team, you will conduct in-depth analysis of target businesses and their drivers. This involves assessing data accuracy, resolving anomalies through client and third-party engagement, and performing comprehensive financial analysis.

You will evaluate publicly available information, interpret findings, and prepare high-quality deliverables within established timelines. Identifying and reporting critical issues to management promptly is essential. The role also includes supporting proposal development and business development efforts, while building strong client relationships.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 3 years and up to 12 years of relevant work experience.

A Chartered Accountant qualification, ideally achieved on the first or second attempt, coupled with a strong academic record, is highly preferred. Proven experience in financial due diligence is mandatory for this role.

Proficiency in MS Excel for processing large datasets, strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and market awareness are crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. This position involves frequent travel to client locations, and our default working model is hybrid.
