Gain in-depth knowledge of HR operations, compensation, and benefits. Communicate the financial implications of HR functions, including expenses and liabilities related to benefits and compensation. Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in financial reporting, with an understanding of financial statements. Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to make sound decisions under pressure. Navigate and interpret incomplete diligence data to achieve desired outcomes.
Effectively present findings using MS PowerPoint, analyze data with MS Excel and Power BI, and author impactful reports. Consistently meet and exceed project objectives. Independently manage engagement components and draft concise data summaries. Adapt quickly to new challenges and acquire new skills in a fast-paced setting. Proactively contribute to the growth of a new team.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, economics, computer science, business, HR, accounting, or finance is required.
We are looking for candidates with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in HR consulting, with a specialization in areas like retirement, pensions, healthcare, actuarial services, benefits, executive compensation, or HR operations. Experience in the HR/human capital aspects of M&A, restructuring, or cost reduction, particularly in due diligence and risk assessment, is preferred.
Essential skills include advanced Excel proficiency for rapid data manipulation, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to present effectively. A strong academic record and a keen interest in a challenging, dynamic environment are key. Ability to work with diverse organizational levels and independently with minimal supervision is expected. Transaction experience is advantageous.
