You will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge of HR operations, compensation, and benefits, including communicating their financial implications such as expenses and liabilities. Your role will involve strong financial reporting proficiency and understanding financial statements. You'll apply excellent problem-solving skills to make sound decisions, even with imperfect or incomplete due diligence data. Effectively communicating through presentations, data analysis, and impactful reports will be crucial. You will also independently manage engagement components, drafting concise data summaries and demonstrating strong adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, economics, computer science, business, HR, accounting, or finance. A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on HR consulting experience, focusing on retirement, pensions, healthcare, actuarial, benefits, executive compensation, or HR operations is required. Preferred experience includes the HR/human capital aspects of M&A, restructuring, or cost reduction, with an emphasis on due diligence and transaction risk assessment. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation is essential, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. An interest in dynamic environments and the ability to work independently are key.
