Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from creation and execution to storage in CLM platforms. You will ensure centralized management of legacy contracts through digitization and maintain repository governance with accurate metadata. Monitoring contract terms, tracking spend against actuals, and managing obligations, milestones, and SLAs are vital. The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, supporting risk identification and escalation, and managing contract renewals and amendments. Furthermore, you will leverage CLM systems and data analytics to develop dashboards and generate actionable insights for leadership.

We are seeking candidates with approximately 8 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Contract Management, or Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations. A strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, governance, and compliance is essential, along with experience in managing contract repositories and audit documentation. Proven stakeholder management and coordination skills are required, as is experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or ERP systems like Icertis, SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BMS, or equivalent is required, with a postgraduate degree (MBA or M.Com) being preferred. Exposure to Global Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG) organizations is highly valued.
