We are looking for an experienced MES Consultant with deep expertise in DELMIA Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter. You will lead cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations and drive digital manufacturing initiatives for our automotive clients. This position blends solution design, project leadership, and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations to deliver advanced shop-floor solutions.
Lead MES implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects using DELMIA Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter. Configure and customize MES functionalities including Production, Quality Management, Traceability, Work Instructions, and OEE. Design and implement integrations between MES and enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, PLM, SCADA, PLCs, and other shop-floor applications. Support solution design, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization. Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and best practices, including ISA-95 architecture principles.
This role requires 10–15 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Manufacturing environments. You must have hands-on expertise in DELMIA Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete. A strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes is essential, covering Assembly, Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Powertrain operations. Experience integrating MES solutions with SAP ERP and other enterprise applications is crucial. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are expected. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
