Spearhead the architecture and design of AI and Generative AI solutions, including Agentic AI. Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, LLM providers, and tools, ensuring compliance. Define and maintain the technical solution framework for AI agent solutions, establishing agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and integration standards.

Set coding standards, testing practices, and deployment patterns for the AI engineering team. Ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, and interoperable with platform teams. Translate use cases into detailed technical designs, specifying agent behavior, data needs, and integration points. Assess technical feasibility and complexity of new use cases.

Design agent solutions leveraging cross-client data and operational intelligence. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor engineers on agent design, prompt engineering, and production deployment. We are seeking an accomplished AI & GenAI Architecture Leader with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Full-Stack Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture. A proven track record of conceptualizing, designing, and scaling AI-powered solutions from PoC to enterprise production deployment is essential.

This role involves hands-on coding for complex problems, conducting code reviews, and active participation in technical design sessions. You will define solution decisions, agent behavior, data requirements, integration points, and expected outputs. The ideal candidate possesses at least 7 years of experience in production AI/ML engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical lead capacity.

Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and modern development practices are required. Experience designing RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and multi-agent orchestration patterns is crucial. Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams and a bias for rapid, quality delivery are expected. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred, along with effective communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
