Our Business & Market Insights (B&MI) group is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management to lead the Payment Reconciliation Intelligence program. This role is crucial for driving growth and innovation through data-driven insights and advanced analytics, transforming complex data into actionable strategies.

As the Director, Technical Program Management, you will spearhead major projects and complex assignments with significant long-term business impact. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, assess value, and manage risks. This leadership position involves owning program-level initiatives, guiding technical program managers, and ensuring the success of delivery teams. You will also evaluate industry technologies, maintain roadmaps, and define project scope and quality metrics. Leading multiple Agile/SAFe teams, you'll manage ceremonies, track progress using tools like Jira, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Developing technical understanding and proposing solutions are key, as is managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, coupled with a proven history of leading complex programs. An advanced understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies, including experience with ceremonies, planning, and cost estimation, is essential. A strong foundation in Computer Science, with prior hands-on experience in .NET or Java stacks and exposure to cloud technologies, is required. Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills are vital. Candidates should be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure, demonstrating strong initiative and self-motivation.
