We are looking for a senior consulting professional to spearhead our Information Security GRC practice in North India. This role has a strong emphasis on Data Privacy and the governance of Generative AI. Lead and grow the Information Security GRC practice in North India, with a key focus on Data Privacy and GenAI Governance. Advise clients on GenAI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Assessments, Model Governance, and Agentic AI risks. Translate complex regulatory requirements and technology risks into practical controls, governance models, and actionable transformation roadmaps. Engage effectively with C-suite executives, CISOs, CIOs, DPOs, and other senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. Shape new market opportunities and service offerings, demonstrating a strong market-builder mindset. Build and mentor high-performing teams, leading complex client engagements to successful outcomes.

Over 10 years of experience in Information Security GRC, Data Privacy, Technology Risk, and AI Governance. Proven consulting or professional services experience is essential. Expertise in key frameworks and regulations including DPDPA, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST CSF, and NIST AI RMF. Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), data discovery and classification, cloud security, privacy-enhancing technologies, and AI security solutions. Ability to translate regulatory demands and technological risks into tangible controls and strategic roadmaps. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage C-level executives. A proactive mindset for market development and service innovation. A passion for team building, mentoring, and leading complex projects. Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Master of Business Administration, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Minimum 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
