As Director, Talent Supply Chain Operations, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle. This includes managing requisition processes, interview coordination, candidate administration, offer management, background checks, and ensuring new hire readiness.

You will drive operational excellence by simplifying and standardizing processes to boost efficiency and quality. A key focus will be creating a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience, partnering across HR functions to remove friction points and champion service excellence. Leveraging data and insights will be crucial for monitoring performance, identifying trends, and influencing business decisions. You will also lead transformation initiatives, including automation and digitization, and develop a high-performing team.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with significant experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Delivery, HR Shared Services, or similar fields. You should possess a proven ability to manage large-scale operational teams and complex service delivery environments.

Strong expertise in process optimization, operational governance, and performance management is essential. A data-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies, is highly valued.
