As a Director within our Monitor Deloitte: Strategy Team, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client and team relationships to surpass expectations.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Partners, Managers, and clients to define project objectives and develop effective work plans. You will lead data collection and analysis efforts, transforming findings into actionable insights that integrate into the broader project strategy. Effectively communicating analysis and strategic recommendations, both verbally and in writing, to internal teams and client leadership is also crucial.

Ideal candidates will possess 15+ years of experience and hold postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or CA, alongside undergraduate degrees like B.Tech. A profound and proven interest in consulting is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding of business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques.
