Lead and empower your team, fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and care to achieve exceptional outcomes. Understand and translate customer and partner technical environments into actionable insights, ensuring proposed solutions align with business objectives and organizational strategy. Drive architecture design and deployment, guiding teams in developing scalable, cost-effective solutions and managing fiscal responsibilities. Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior-level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and challenging the status quo to achieve optimal results.

Develop and refine practice areas, generating intellectual property and addressing industry-wide needs. Foster community sharing, acting as a thought leader to disseminate learnings and drive adoption of Microsoft technologies. Mentor colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to external architect communities through events, publications, and presentations. Ensure alignment with sales strategies and effective communication of delivery progress to customer executives, managing risks proactively and developing mitigation strategies.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 12 years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting is required. Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience, will be considered.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 12+ years of experience. Significant experience in technical sales (8+ years), project management (8+ years), managing complex projects/portfolios (4+ years), leading multidisciplinary teams (2+ years), and people management (5+ years) are highly advantageous. Professional or technical certifications in a relevant domain, such as Security, are also preferred.
