The Director, Platform Success & Solutions Engineering, is pivotal in driving business results by ensuring widespread adoption of enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms. This role collaborates closely with business and technology leaders to uncover opportunities, resolve adoption challenges, and confirm that platform investments yield tangible business impact.

Lead platform adoption and value realization across Lines of Business using CDaO data and AI platforms. Manage and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers focused on customer engagement, solution design, and onboarding. Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable platform solutions. Influence platform roadmap based on customer needs and adoption insights. Champion modern engineering practices, automation, and AI-assisted delivery. Provide technical and architectural leadership for complex initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Monitor and report on adoption KPIs, business value, and optimization opportunities. Drive operational excellence through effective prioritization and resource planning. Adhere to all company policies and directives, including flexible work arrangements.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Possess 14+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, and solution architecture, with at least 4 years leading platform adoption or customer-facing technical teams. Demonstrate deep expertise in public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including cloud-native data, analytics, AI/ML, security, networking, and operational architectures. Proven experience managing technical teams focused on customer adoption, implementation success, and business outcomes. Solid understanding of modern engineering technologies like Python, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, APIs, and automation frameworks. Familiarity with enterprise data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric is essential. Track record of success in leading enterprise adoption, digital transformation, and platform modernization initiatives. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership. Capability to navigate ambiguity and present clear, concise solutions.
