Oversee financial performance and profitability of the ServiceNow practice. Partner with leadership to define and execute the ServiceNow business roadmap.

Proven experience in a Director-level or senior leadership role within a ServiceNow practice. Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development and implementation. Strong understanding of ITOM, ITAM, and GRC modules within ServiceNow. Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs. Exceptional client relationship management and business development skills. Ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing technical teams. Strategic thinking and a track record of driving business growth and financial success.
