This Director role in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) focuses on Financial Diligence within Strategy and Transactions. We help TMT companies navigate industry convergence, deliver agile strategies, create compelling experiences, and achieve operational excellence. Our team also supports M&A strategies to drive value, reduce risk, and transform companies for the future.

Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence, including detailed assessments of quality of earnings, net debt, and normalized EBITDA. Perform strong analysis of working capital, develop cash flow models, and identify key revenue and cost adjustments in transaction settings. Review financial statements and supporting data to ensure the reliability and sustainability of reported performance. Leverage AI and data analytics tools to enhance data processing, anomaly detection, and insight generation. Structure and effectively communicate diligence findings through detailed financial models, issue logs, and reports to support valuation and crucial deal decisions.

A Master of Commerce degree is required for this role. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis. Essential skills include expertise in financial due diligence, quality of earnings assessment, net debt analysis, and working capital evaluation. Proficiency in cash flow modeling, identifying financial adjustments, and reviewing financial statements is crucial. Experience with AI and data analytics tools for diligence acceleration is highly valued. The ability to structure and communicate findings through financial models and reports is also essential.
