As a Director, you will lead the execution of commercial due diligence and strategy engagements, particularly for private equity and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include: - Conducting commercial due diligence, growth strategy analysis, and feasibility studies. - Participating in business development activities, including the creation of pitch documents and industry notes. - Analyzing financial and MIS information, conducting secondary research, and engaging with industry stakeholders. - Producing comprehensive reports and contributing to thought leadership. - Progressing from engagement delivery to client management and proactive business development. - Demonstrating strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and excellent written and oral communication.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Tier 1 college.

You will also need a minimum of 10 years of professional experience post-MBA, ideally within consulting, private equity, or venture capital firms.
