Our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Transaction, Capital, and Financing (TCF) - Capital and Debt Advisory division helps clients reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future. Utilizing our Capital Agenda framework, we address clients' toughest strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions. We assist corporates, private equity firms, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues, from portfolio review and capital allocation to financial planning analytics. You will demonstrate strong expertise in debt advisory, covering structuring, analysis, and execution support for capital raising transactions. This includes evaluating financing options and developing tailored capital and debt solutions for clients across various sectors.

You will be proficient in preparing essential transaction materials, financial models, and analytical outputs to effectively support debt-related decision-making. A sound understanding of capital markets, lending structures, and critical commercial considerations within advisory engagements is essential.

Furthermore, you will apply general consulting skills to deliver high-quality analytical support within capital and debt advisory assignments, ensuring client needs are met with precision.

To be successful in this role, you will need a CA or MBA qualification. A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
