This role is within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) division, specifically focusing on Transaction Diligence within the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors (CHS).

Demonstrate advanced expertise in financial due diligence, including thorough analysis of earnings quality, EBITDA normalization, and sustainable profitability. Accurately assess net debt, debt-like items, and net working capital to inform transaction pricing and deal structuring. Proficiently review financial statements under Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, identifying potential accounting policy and reporting risks.

Develop and critically review financial models, forecasts, and cash flow analyses to support valuation and investment decisions. Skillfully structure and deliver comprehensive Financial Due Diligence (FDD) reports, providing clear, data-backed insights for transaction and advisory mandates.

A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) is required.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD).
