This role involves working with clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and drive future growth through strategic financial and operational advice. You will leverage EY's Capital Agenda framework to address complex client challenges, optimize capital allocation, and enhance returns.

Develop and execute corporate strategies within the renewables, energy, and oil & gas sectors, providing strategic consulting for transactions to drive value creation. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and client alignment. Cultivate and manage key client relationships within the energy landscape, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics and trends. Provide strategic, financial, and operational guidance to clients, helping them address critical questions related to their business and investments.

An MBA is required for this position. Demonstrable expertise in corporate strategy development and execution within the energy, renewables, and oil & gas industries is essential. Proven experience in strategic consulting for transactions, focusing on value creation and innovative solutions, is expected. Strong leadership capabilities are needed to effectively guide cross-functional teams and manage client projects. A solid understanding of industry dynamics, capital allocation, financial planning, and risk management is crucial. Experience in areas such as Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Transaction Diligence, or Project Finance is highly valued.
