Champion client transformation initiatives and forge strong CXO-level relationships. Lead substantial SAP programs, ensuring delivery excellence in scope, quality, and timelines. Drive business development by owning revenue targets, leading proposal efforts, and building a robust SAP opportunity pipeline. Oversee complex SAP implementations, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations, acting as a key escalation point. Contribute to practice growth by establishing alliances, building reusable assets, and fostering innovation in cloud ERP, AI, and analytics.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years in SAP consulting, including over 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Director or Practice Lead. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business is required, with a preference for a Qualified Chartered Accountant or an MBA.

Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar SAP transformation programs is essential, alongside proven business development and client acquisition capabilities. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations, SAP FI/CO, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Cloud Solutions is critical. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills are paramount for success in this role.
