Drive client transformation agendas and cultivate executive-level relationships. Serve as a key advisor for CXOs on SAP modernization and digital transformation strategies. Lead large-scale SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade programs, ensuring delivery excellence. Spearhead business development efforts, owning revenue growth and sales targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP opportunities. Mentor and develop senior consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Contribute to practice growth by developing innovative solutions and strategic alliances.

Possess a Qualified Chartered Accountant certification, an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business.

Bring over 15 years of SAP consulting experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role.

Demonstrate a successful track record in managing substantial SAP transformation programs and driving significant revenue growth through business development and client acquisition.

Exhibit deep expertise in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations, SAP Finance (FI/CO), SAP Supply Chain & Procurement, SAP Manufacturing, or SAP Cloud Solutions.

Possess strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with experience operating in global and matrixed environments.
