Contribute to strategic account growth and identify opportunities for expansion within existing client relationships. The position demands a deep understanding of automotive industry nuances, particularly OEM demand, sales, and their SAP mapping.

Oversee planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement for complex SAP-led transformations. Ensure high-quality delivery across consulting, implementation, and managed services engagements. Manage and mentor multi-location, cross-functional teams effectively. Define and implement innovative solutions tailored to the automotive industry's evolving needs. Drive business development efforts and foster account growth through strategic engagement.

Proven experience leading SAP-led transformation programs, specifically within the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1 suppliers). In-depth understanding of automotive industry challenges, processes, OEM demand, and sales mapping in SAP. Demonstrated ability in program and delivery management, including governance and risk mitigation. Experience managing diverse, multi-location teams and fostering collaboration. Domestic travel is a mandatory requirement for this role.
