Join our dynamic team as a Director specializing in SAP IBP, driving transformational supply chain programs for global organizations. This pivotal role involves defining strategy, architecting solutions, and bridging the gap between C-suite objectives and hands-on SAP IBP implementation. You will advise senior leaders on planning transformation and SAP IBP adoption, ensuring scalable and standardized solutions.

As a leader, you'll oversee integrations with various SAP and non-SAP systems, providing architectural oversight for planning models and master data. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring delivery excellence across all project phases, from design to hypercare. We are seeking an individual with a strong consulting background and a passion for driving measurable supply chain outcomes, including improved forecast accuracy and optimized inventory.

This position also involves leading pre-sales activities, developing proposals, and supporting account growth through strategic client relationships. You will play a key role in building and mentoring SAP IBP consulting and architecture capabilities, staying abreast of the latest SAP IBP innovations, AI/ML forecasting, and digital supply chain trends.

Lead end-to-end SAP IBP transformation programs and define strategic roadmaps. Own solution design for Demand, Supply, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP. Drive SAP IBP architecture and governance for scalable solutions. Advise C-suite executives on planning transformation and SAP IBP adoption. Oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAC, BTP/Integration Suite, and non-SAP systems. Provide architectural oversight for planning models, master data, and key figures. Lead geographically distributed teams of architects, consultants, and SMEs. Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and escalations. Drive measurable supply chain outcomes such as forecast accuracy and inventory reduction. Lead SAP IBP pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals. Develop SAP IBP accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.

Possess 15-18 years of overall SAP Supply Chain experience, with 4-5+ years in leadership managing SAP IBP transformation programs. Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand, Supply, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP. Proven experience with large-scale global SAP IBP implementations and transformations. Exhibit strong knowledge of SAP IBP architecture, planning areas, key figures, master data, and forecasting. Showcase robust SAP integration experience with S/4HANA/ECC, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and SAP Integration Suite/BTP. Experience in leading enterprise architecture and solution governance is essential. Possess strong C-suite stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Demonstrate proven experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI, proposal development, and business development. Experience managing large, multi-country, and geographically distributed teams. Have a strong consulting background with the ability to translate business strategy into SAP IBP solutions. Ability to drive delivery excellence, governance, risk management, and transformation outcomes. Possess a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and industry best practices. SAP IBP/Supply Chain certification is preferred. Experience across industries like Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Automotive, Life Sciences, Retail, Chemicals, or High Tech is preferred.
