Orchestrate effective go-to-market strategies, including solution development and alliance partnerships. Optimize the SAP GRC & Security portfolio to achieve revenue targets, client satisfaction, and market distinction. This includes shaping multi-year practice strategies that integrate sales, delivery, and innovation efforts.

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, CIOs, and risk leaders, as well as internal teams and alliance partners. Maintain practice governance through rigorous business reviews and performance tracking. Drive internal synergy by collaborating with cross-functional teams across consulting, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

Serve as the principal advisor for SAP Security and GRC transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution across global teams and managing escalations.

Spearhead business development and pre-sales activities, identifying new opportunities and developing industry-focused SAP Security and GRC solutions.

Collaborate with marketing and alliance teams to boost market visibility through thought leadership and strategic campaigns.

Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a collaborative culture and develop future leaders. Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable SAP environments.
