Spearhead comprehensive SAP FICO implementations and finance transformation initiatives for diverse clients and industries. This leadership role involves owning program delivery, defining strategic frameworks, and ensuring adherence to SAP methodologies and quality standards.

Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with CXOs, CFOs, and senior finance leaders. Drive executive workshops, manage escalations, and foster long-term client partnerships to achieve account growth and strategic alignment.

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including greenfield, brownfield, and upgrade programs. Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery for complex finance transformation initiatives.

Develop implementation strategies, governance models, and best practices. Manage program planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting. Oversee large, cross-functional, and global delivery teams.

Act as a key advisor to senior finance executives, conducting workshops and steering committee meetings. Effectively manage client escalations, delivery risks, and executive communications. Build robust client relationships and drive account growth.

Requires 15-18 years of SAP FICO consulting and implementation experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions (Director, Associate Director, Senior Manager). Proven success in leading multi-million dollar SAP FICO/S/4HANA Finance transformations is essential.

Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and executive stakeholder management capabilities. Experience in global consulting or large-scale delivery environments is expected. SAP FICO certification is preferred, while S/4HANA Finance certification is highly advantageous.

Possess exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. The ability to balance delivery excellence with commercial and client objectives, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, is crucial. Expertise in SAP Finance transformation and enterprise process optimization, along with strong team management skills, is required. Experience across manufacturing, retail, CPG, pharma, and BFSI sectors is a plus.
