Lead the global SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) function, driving strategic ERP transformation initiatives. This role is crucial for aligning finance processes with cutting-edge technology solutions, providing strategic direction for SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support. Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT leadership to foster business growth through technological innovation and process excellence.

Define and execute the SAP FICO roadmap in alignment with business and digital transformation objectives. Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, and modernization programs. Partner with CFOs and business stakeholders to optimize end-to-end finance processes. Establish governance, standards, and best practices for SAP Finance solutions. Oversee the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, and other enterprise applications. Manage large-scale global SAP implementation programs, including budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor relationships. Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives within the SAP ecosystem. Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and Executive Leadership teams, identifying opportunities for process optimization. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing SAP functional teams, establishing performance metrics and career development plans. Ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS, GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control requirements, supporting audit readiness. Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and finance innovations to drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Fiori, BTP, Group Reporting, Central Finance, Embedded Analytics, AI, and Automation.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. An MBA, CA, CPA, or CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification, is preferred.

Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP consulting and/or industry roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity managing SAP FICO teams and global programs.

Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs is essential. Experience within multinational or global organizations is highly valued.

Requires deep expertise in SAP FICO configuration and business processes, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Treasury & Risk Management, Revenue Recognition, Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger, and Business Partner Integration. Knowledge of SAP integration frameworks and reporting solutions is also necessary.
