Spearhead business growth and lead significant SAP transformation programs as an SAP EWM Director. This role demands a strategic leader capable of building high-performing teams and acting as a key client advisor. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP EWM, warehouse transformation, S/4HANA migrations, and advanced AI-driven supply chain solutions, coupled with a proven track record in end-to-end delivery leadership. A strong blend of consulting, delivery, business development, presales, and practice leadership experience is essential, alongside hands-on SAP implementation skills.

Lead critical SAP EWM implementations, encompassing both greenfield and brownfield projects. Drive comprehensive SAP WM to SAP EWM migration initiatives. Oversee ECC to S/4HANA warehouse transformation programs. Develop optimized warehouse operating models and logistics process strategies. Apply deep expertise in inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, labor management, RF solutions, automation integration, and overall warehouse orchestration.

Requires 15 to 20 years of overall SAP experience, with a minimum of 8 years dedicated to SAP EWM leadership roles. Demonstrated success in driving business development, presales activities, and practice leadership is crucial. Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale SAP transformation projects from inception to completion is expected.
