Direct and influence solution deliveries, securing resources to meet customer contracts throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. This includes envisioning, development, planning, consumption, and ongoing management.

Drive customer consumption by identifying and addressing gaps, and enable customers to maximize the value of their Microsoft investments. Manage project delivery forecasts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract compliance, execution, and closure. Oversee project portfolio financials, maintaining budget adherence while enhancing engagement profitability and managing risk.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders, anticipating and managing major issues. Support new customer opportunities and communicate project status to customer executives. Lead the effective use of intellectual property (IP), recommending improvements and driving standardization.

Manage complex escalations through strategic executive communication, acting as a peer with deep subject matter expertise. Foster customer satisfaction by representing Microsoft to senior stakeholders, analyzing feedback, and acting as the voice of the customer.

Drive project initiation for projects of extreme complexity, balancing resource needs and collaborating with internal and external partners for integrated planning. Oversee contracting processes, including subcontractor agreements and customer contract amendments.

Lead pre-sales efforts for high-impact projects, articulating business value and assessing risks. Develop detailed project management plans, set clear expectations, and proactively manage change. Orchestrate and oversee project metrics, proactively manage risks and issues, and ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables.

Drive timely project closure, facilitate process improvement through lessons learned, and contribute to the development of readiness programs. Demonstrate accountability for project financial health, identify opportunities for business growth, and maximize cloud consumption.

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, or equivalent experience. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of project management experience.

Key qualifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications. Experience in financial management (8+ years), Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PSM1), relevant industry certifications, and experience in creating and managing intellectual property (IP) are highly desirable.
