This Director role is part of the National Workforce Advisory team within People Consulting. Our People Consulting professionals strategically align the people agenda with business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through the workforce. We help organizations reimagine their future workforce to ensure the right talent is in the right roles at the right cost, creating a competitive advantage.

Key areas include Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards.

Drive talent transformation initiatives, translating workforce needs into actionable advisory solutions. Lead leadership development and succession planning efforts to enhance organizational bench depth. Provide expertise in organizational design, performance management, and career mapping to align talent structures with business objectives. Define HR operating and delivery models to improve scalability and service effectiveness. Optimize HR processes and policies, and manage organizational change through structured consulting approaches.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Minimum experience requirements include: Project Management (6+ years), Business Analysis (3+ years), Artificial Intelligence (3+ years), HR Operations (4+ years), Talent Acquisition (3+ years), Customer Success Management (3+ years), and Business Intelligence (3+ years).
