Our People Consulting professionals strategically align people agendas with business goals, placing Humans@Center to drive sustainable change. We help organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and cost structures to achieve a competitive advantage.

Lead strategic client engagements, grow key accounts, and develop market propositions. Drive revenue growth through commercial acumen, thought leadership, and people leadership.

Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, building strong client relationships, and leading discussions on organizational effectiveness and HR modernization. You will also develop new consulting solutions, lead proposal development, and contribute to EY's intellectual property.

Direct large-scale projects in areas such as Organization Design, Workforce Planning, HR Transformation, Talent Management, and Change Management. Ensure delivery excellence, profitability, and risk management across multiple engagements. Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture and mentor consulting teams.

To qualify for this impactful role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, and Business Analysis, along with 4+ years in HR Operations.
