The Workforce Advisory team specializes in key areas including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards. Professionals in this area leverage proprietary tools and innovative approaches to reimagine the future workforce and HR functions.

Drive technical excellence in HR and workforce advisory domains, encompassing recruitment, organization structuring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and performance management. Apply strong consulting capabilities to assess complex workforce challenges and develop practical, data-informed solutions. Manage large-scale projects within a global consultancy, niche advisory firm, or senior in-house HR setting. Develop clear frameworks, presentations, and recommendations aligned with client and business priorities. Provide sound understanding of executive-level HR advisory to support strategic workforce decisions and transformation initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Significant experience is required, including 4+ years in HR Operations, 6+ years in Project Management, and 3+ years each in Business Analysis and Business Intelligence.
