This Director role focuses on People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory (WKFA) within the National CNS - PC practice in Chennai. You will be instrumental in guiding clients to strategically align their people agenda with overarching business goals, placing human capital at the heart of transformation. Our approach helps organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent, skills, and cost-effectiveness to gain a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include driving Organization and Workforce Transformation through integrated approaches, scenario modeling, and organizational design. You will also lead Change Experience & Learning initiatives, helping clients define new ways of working and accelerate adoption via digital tools. Additionally, you will align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies and reimagine the HR function through HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives.
