As a Director in Workforce Advisory, you will provide technical excellence by leveraging strong expertise in GCC HR consulting, with a focus on AI solution design and build for workforce advisory engagements. You will guide clients through GCC setup and transformation initiatives, including operating model design and implementation support.

Apply change management methodologies to ensure smooth adoption of transformation programs. Your role involves translating consulting requirements into structured, scalable, and technically sound workforce solutions. You will also support end-to-end advisory delivery across HR transformation and GCC modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of consulting experience. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration, alongside a Master of Arts in Psychology, Master of Business Administration, PhD in Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.
