The opportunity is for a Director within National PAS WKFA, focusing on CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY in Bangalore. This role is part of National, comprising sector-agnostic teams that offer diverse industry experiences. In People Consulting, we help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing the human element at the core of transformation. Key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy. Leverage the proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Change Experience & Learning: Guiding clients in defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration. Drive accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience tracking via Change Insights and Digital Learning via EY Noggin Labs. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating models to adapt to changing customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities for efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To qualify for this role, you must possess 5-6 years of relevant experience.
