Own the end-to-end solution design for significant pursuits, integrating ERP solutions with cloud, infrastructure, application maintenance, and operations.

Translate complex client RFP requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions, collaborating closely with delivery SMEs and pricing teams.

Review and challenge proposed solutions across technology and service dimensions, ensuring feasibility, compliance, and ultimate client value.

Infuse proposals with cutting-edge capabilities, including automation, AI, accelerators, and strategic ecosystem partnerships to drive innovation.

Collaborate effectively with sales, delivery teams, and the partner ecosystem, while actively contributing to reusable solution components, playbooks, and knowledge repositories.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT services, complemented by extensive ERP solutioning and presales expertise.

Demonstrated success in shaping comprehensive ERP-centric solutions for large, multi-tower pursuits, typically valued at Rs 20 Cr or more.

Possess a strong command of ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics, along with a solid understanding of their integration with cloud, data, and infrastructure services.

Proven experience in bid response, solution assurance, transition planning, and commercial modelling, with the ability to engage confidently with internal leadership and client stakeholders during crucial oral presentations.

Industry experience in at least one of the following sectors: Government & Public Sector, BFSI, Consumer, or GCCs.
