A senior SAP leader is sought to spearhead Consumer industry Managed Services/Operate initiatives for strategic clients. This role involves driving excellence in SAP AMS/Operate delivery, fostering client relationships, and enhancing service quality through automation and AI.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, overseeing delivery performance, and leading large global teams. The position also focuses on building SAP Consumer capabilities and developing next-generation Operate offerings, while engaging with senior client stakeholders.

This leadership opportunity requires a strong understanding of SAP Consumer industries and proven experience in executive stakeholder management and business development.

- Lead large-scale SAP AMS/Operate delivery, governance, and client relationships. - Drive service quality, operational excellence, automation, AI/AIOps, and continuous improvement. - Own account growth, renewals, solutioning, and new business opportunities. - Manage P&L, delivery performance, and large global teams. - Build and scale SAP Consumer capabilities and next-generation Operate offerings. - Engage with senior client stakeholders, including CIO/CTO leadership.

- 15+ years of experience in SAP/IT services with extensive Managed Services/AMS leadership. - Deep expertise in SAP Consumer industries (e.g., Consumer Products, Retail, Food & Beverage). - Comprehensive knowledge of S/4HANA and the broader SAP ecosystem. - Demonstrated success in leading large teams, managing P&L, driving business development, and handling executive stakeholders. - Strong leadership, commercial, and communication skills. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
