We are seeking a seasoned SAP leader to spearhead Consumer industry Managed Services and Operate functions for our key clients. This senior role involves driving excellence in large-scale SAP AMS/Operate delivery and fostering robust client relationships.

The position requires a focus on enhancing service quality, optimizing operations through automation and AI/AIOps, and championing continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role will be measured by account growth, successful renewals, effective solutioning, and the identification of new business prospects.

Key responsibilities include managing the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring high delivery performance, and leading substantial global teams. A crucial aspect of the role is building and expanding SAP Consumer capabilities, alongside developing next-generation Operate offerings. Engaging directly with senior client stakeholders, including CIO/CTO leadership, is paramount.

Lead large-scale SAP AMS/Operate delivery and governance for strategic clients. Foster strong client relationships and drive service quality and operational excellence. Implement automation, AI/AIOps, and continuous improvement strategies. Take ownership of account growth, renewals, solutioning, and new business opportunities. Manage P&L, delivery performance, and lead large, global teams effectively. Develop and scale SAP Consumer capabilities and next-generation Operate offerings. Engage with senior client stakeholders, including CIO/CTO leadership.

Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP/IT services, with significant leadership experience in Managed Services/AMS. Demonstrated deep expertise in SAP Consumer industries, such as Consumer Products, Retail, or Food & Beverage. Proficiency in S/4HANA and the broader SAP ecosystem is essential. Proven track record in large-team leadership, P&L management, business development, and executive stakeholder engagement. Exceptional communication, commercial acumen, and leadership skills are required. Education: Any bachelor's or master's degree is acceptable.
