Develop and maintain a consistent operational cadence with key processes, meetings, and reporting structures, leveraging AI for automation. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution. Collaborate on detailed program plans, including timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.

Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, using AI-powered predictive analytics for early detection. Drive continuous improvement by assessing and refining program activation processes, incorporating best practices and AI-driven optimization for enhanced efficiency. Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, utilizing AI automation for accelerated reporting and comprehensive documentation. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, coupled with at least 7 years of experience managing complex technology implementation programs, or equivalent experience. For those with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management of complex technology implementation programs, or equivalent, this role presents a strong alignment. Preferred qualifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications, along with Microsoft AZ-900 and AI-901 certifications. Additionally, 8+ years of financial management experience, Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PSM1), relevant industry certifications, and experience in creating and managing intellectual property are highly valued.
