As a Director, your primary responsibilities will involve demonstrating deep market and client expertise within India's Core Technology sector, including IT Services, BPM, Software, and SaaS organizations.

You will be expected to develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise clients, cultivate C-suite relationships, and act as a trusted advisor. Your role will include identifying and closing consulting, technology, and managed services opportunities, managing complex stakeholder environments, and driving revenue growth and profitability across multiple service lines.

Key duties also encompass strategic account management, business development and sales excellence, and commercial leadership, ensuring client satisfaction and margin improvement.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. A minimum of 18 years of experience in Enterprise Sales and Strategic Account Management is required.
