Establish enterprise-wide standards for model development, validation, and governance, with a strong emphasis on responsible and trustworthy AI practices.

Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance Data Science workflows and accelerate the development of intelligent financial services capabilities. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other key teams to embed Data Science throughout the product lifecycle and promote MLOps practices for seamless deployment and continuous learning.

A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence is essential, coupled with proven leadership of Data Science organizations.
