Guide teams on architecture, scalability, resilience, security, and performance, ensuring alignment with long-term platform strategy and driving engineering transformation initiatives.

Extensive experience leading large software engineering organizations in delivering enterprise-grade software products. Profound understanding of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, cloud-native platforms, and API-first design principles. Proven experience in building engineering organizations using Agile and modern product engineering practices, with strong coding knowledge in Java, Golang, Rust, or similar. Solid grasp of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead engineering transformation initiatives and implement AI-assisted software engineering practices. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and leadership skills, complemented by strong business acumen to balance technical and business priorities.
