This role involves a dual focus: 50% dedicated to Purchasing Category Management, covering laptops and mobile telecom, and 50% to IT Finance Management. Responsibilities include managing laptop and mobile telecom procurement, analyzing costs, controlling invoices, and maintaining detailed spend reports. You will also oversee IT budgeting and capital expenditure processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across North America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA regions. This includes driving budget alignment, forecasting project expenditures, and managing capital expenditure requests.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT management, supply chain, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years in IT procurement, category management, IT finance, or budget management is required. Proficiency in IT sourcing, contract negotiation, and a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure processes are essential. Familiarity with SAP, advanced Excel skills, and experience with reporting tools like Power BI are necessary. Experience with mobile telecom and expense management is advantageous. The ability to solve problems creatively and work collaboratively is key.
