Lead comprehensive program delivery for large-scale IAM transformations, encompassing IGA, CIAM, PAM, SSO, and MFA, or manage existing IAM services. Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and timelines, alongside providing stakeholder reporting. Coordinate diverse cross-functional teams, including business units, IT departments, and external vendors.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. Manage service transitions, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational engagements. Collaborate with business stakeholders and executives to align the IAM roadmap with strategic business objectives.
Define the IAM architecture strategy, integrating seamlessly with HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and applications. Design scalable solutions for identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, and robust authentication/authorization models. Evaluate and select appropriate IAM technologies, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity.
Establish IAM implementation standards and patterns in accordance with Zero Trust principles and regulatory compliance. Define effective IAM governance models, policies, and controls. Drive access certification campaigns, implement role-based access control (RBAC), and enforce segregation of duties (SoD) policies. Participate in and lead proposal responses, providing solutions, estimations, and crafting client presentations.
We seek individuals with significant experience in cybersecurity and identity management, including both hands-on and leadership capacities. A proven track record of delivering complex IAM programs within large enterprises is essential.
Possess a strong understanding of core IAM protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP. Prior experience with leading identity platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock is crucial.
Demonstrate robust program management expertise, ideally with experience in PMP, Prince2, Agile, or SAFe methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of leading significant IAM initiatives.
