As a Director in our HR Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex projects covering HR operating models, process redesign, technology, and digital strategy. You will develop and refine proprietary HR tech and digital strategy assets, ensuring their market relevance and incorporating client feedback. Key duties include driving Tech ROI optimization across various HR platforms, fostering cross-service line collaboration, and providing strategic oversight for program management. You will maintain accountability for the quality and client satisfaction of all work products while building and scaling project teams and serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required, preferably from leading management consulting firms or industry roles. Essential skills include strong prioritization and execution, clear communication for diverse stakeholders, proficiency in MS Office, and a solid understanding of HR transformation, HR lifecycle processes, and emerging HR trends.
